2. Overview

This website is purely informational. There is no registration, no contact form, no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Personal data is only processed in the cases described below: when the hosting provider delivers the page and when you write to us by email.

3. Hosting and server log files (Railway)

This website is hosted by Railway (Railway Corp., USA). The server is located in a data center in the Netherlands. When the page is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files:

  • IP address of the accessing computer
  • date and time of the request
  • requested page and referrer URL
  • browser type, browser version and operating system

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons and is not combined with other data sources. We do not use it for statistics.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in providing the website securely and reliably.

Data processing: Railway acts as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement has been concluded.

Transfer to third countries: Railway is based in the USA and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) apply in addition.

Retention: We can view the server log files for 7 days and do not analyze them. How long Railway keeps them beyond that is determined by Railway. According to Railway, data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service.

4. Fonts

This website uses the Inter typeface. It is loaded directly from our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font services.

5. Storing your language choice (localStorage)

When you choose a language with the DE or EN switch, we store this choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage, entry zyntho-lang). The entry only contains the language code, is not transmitted to us and stays in your browser until you delete it.

Legal basis: The storage is strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

6. Contact by email

When you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name (if provided), the content of the message and the time of the request.

Emails to info@zyntho.de are received and stored via the Private Email service of Namecheap, Inc. (USA). The servers are located in a data center in Phoenix, USA.

Data processing: Namecheap acts as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR, based on the Namecheap Data Processing Addendum.

Transfer to third countries: The transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR), which are part of the Data Processing Addendum.

Legal basis: Pre contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Retention: The data is deleted as soon as the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Links to MyStockMonitor

The MyStockMonitor buttons lead to the website home.mystockmonitor.app. You only leave this website when you click, and the MyStockMonitor privacy policy applies there.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • access to your personal data being processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
